Follow Africam on Twitter
Africam are using the Twitter social network service to bring you an Africam Action Alert.
How ?
If you already have a Twitter account all you need to do is go to http://twitter.com/africam and follow Africam to start receiving the Africam Action Alerts when there is action at the waterholes.
If you do not have your own Twitter account yet, follow these 4 easy steps to do so:-
Click this link www.twitter.com and sign up for your free Twitter account.
Press the “add” button next to the “Following” section. Then press the “find on Twitter” button and type in the word Africam
Become a “follower” of Africam and we will send you a Tweep when the waterhole rocks.
If you are looking for a tool or desktop application to receive the Tweep’s, a good one we can suggest is http://www.ejecutive.co.uk/projects/twitterlicious .
The new Alert will mean that you can relax knowing that we will bring the latest action to your device – live, when and as it happens.
Please note that this is a BETA version and we will appreciate your feedback and suggestions. There is a forum link for some useful information to get you started at

Enjoy the Service

I'm completely desesperate
after the little white wheel, the only message a receive is : this video you selected is unavailable at this time... 20... 30... 40 x per day !!!!!
The cams have had some times when they have been down and you might have been checking at that time. You can always ask in the daily waterhole chat thread to see if the cams are up at that time. The cams have been using Flash player for a few months and could be your problem. First off be sure you have the latest version of Flash player installed properly on your pc. Also be sure check to see if you have any ad blocking software running that might be blocking the cam feed also. Are you using the link to the cam on the left side here or from the main page? If you are using some older link/url it may not work. Hope this helps. There is also other info in this forum area. click here.
