Yes they walk with there feet flat on the ground so my africain example will be the hyrax and baboon

The 'clue' is that unlike monkeys, apes and tarsiers they do not show true opposability and only possess whole hand grasping.  They cannot touch their thumb to each of the same hand fingers separately.

The thumb is not opposoble
