I have been having trouble getting pictures for either NK or EP. I'm used to not having any problems; now it's almost all the time. I'm having withdrawal! Help!

You didn't say how you are trying to get the cams but the pop ups in the orange areas are working ok. You might check your internet speed if too low will prevent you from being able to see them. Try a reboot of your pc also. It does seem like something on your end though since others have not had problem and you were able to previously.
