Hi, I have just looked in my Audubon  Field guide and it looks to me like a Crawfish Frog. To quote the book "toad-like. Stocky, head large, legs short, cream to brown...". It says they are found in swamps and woods and that they are mostly nocturnal. Does this description fit?

This is the 3rd little frog like this I have found in my house in the past 2 weeks.  As soon as I find out what kind it is I will let you know. I am on the West Coast of Florida , if anyone has a clue as to what it is :-)  Edit : I have determined that the frog is a Toad, a Southern Toad. This was confirmed last night by the very loud and annoying concert that took place on my lanai for several very long hours Sad
