Hi guys. I have been following threads & cams for a while. Thought I would finally register.
Wow, what an amazing world we all live in. How great is it that I can be here in Oz & get to see my fave animals from Africa.
I am addicted. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am from Oklahoma City but used to live in Zambia. Never made it down to south africa but this the cams here are very similar to what I am used to seeing. Great stuff!

ABOUT 32 wild animals have died of anthrax in the Caprivi Region since the end of last month, a senior official in the Ministry of Agriculture told The Namibian yesterday.

Dr Frank Chitate from the Ministry's Directorate of Veterinary Services said the Ministry of Environment had informed him last week that 20 zebras, 10 elephants and two buffaloes had died of the disease in areas such as Masikili - which borders Botswana's Chobe National Park, where the disease is believed to have originated.

First of all - let me say that you have hundreds of people at the Scout - OU insider O'Connels Message board mesmerized by the cam. They've been watching it for days. I used to live not far from here in Zambia so its been great to see this.

One thing I'd love to see is a shot of the sunset. I remember how virtually every sunset in African was wonderful. Maybe the cam operator can point us that way sometime.
