I see a stork of some sort that just went after something in the water, and what appears to be those two ducks that seem to have taken residence in the area.

Hi everyone. I'm finally settling back into a routine (I think) after my trip! Trip was fantastic and the meet was even better! I see a lot of new names here since I left. Welcome to all newbies from me.

Why animals do sand baths...(if it is the right word) ...Except ellies I saw wildebeests and zebras lying at ground trying to cover their bodies by sand...Maybe to avoid pests ...Is there any other reason ??

Thanks to all of you for caring and all your sympathy msgs. It really means a lot to me . I'm hanging in there but days ahead will be hard so keep those prayers going please to help me be strong.

A lovely heard of Wildebeest with youngsters came in to drink at about 5.30 am. It looks like another beautiful morning in Africa...... I am off to bed and won't get here tomorrow so I am looking forward to all your lovely pics
