I wanted to apologize if I stirred up trouble in the waterhole discussion. I was just getting worn down from all the anger and upset lately.

I love the fact that there are soooo many new people visiting the forum and the camera. Believe me, it feels great that Africam has so many viewers.

But, I just thought that many of our new people don't feel they are getting the attention they want. I tried to explain that they are not being ignored.

A friend introduced me to the WH a few weeks ago and like everyone else I'm addicted. Registered for the Boma this week. As an avid camper and backpacker, this is the next thing to being in the Veldt 8000 miles away.
Quite a gift from my friend.

I think. I get critical error. I tried to post a link to the STork nest because he's watching planets and the eclipse.

But I think I broke the thread.

I am sitting here in PA watching the Zebras, see this enormous bird in the tree above and say, "Please zoom in on that bird!!!" It had the shape of a hawk -- what type was it? All at once it swooped down behind the heavy brush and of course we lost sight of it. It had a stubby tail like a hawk back here in in PA.
