Concerned about Goose
Submitted by danvilleduck on Thu, 19/04/2007 - 8:20pm.Forgive my inexperience, I find this Forum difficult to navigate as the dates are inconsistent. Several of my fellows in the US are very concerned about the lone Egyptian Goose that has spent day and night either in the water or on shore. Is this typical behavior? Has it lost it's mate? Is it ill? Is it 'courting'? Reassure us please.
Egyptian Goose fixed in place at the Water Hole

Leopard in the Water Hole (in disguise)
Submitted by smalldog on Thu, 19/04/2007 - 5:18pm.I'm sure lots of you missed this post by Lion Lady. It just tickled me. I had said jokingly that that's no Goose in the pan, it's a Leopard. My ongoing joke with myself that any blob that is smaller than a Hyena is, in my mind, a Leopard blob.
