Submitted by Silentis on Wed, 02/12/2009 - 11:33pm.I left because my life started to get rather complicated and I didnt have the time to be able to update about the Giraffes at nk, since I want to get involved with reporting about the giraffes health and such. So this time I will definitly try. I also heard birdman is gone somewhere else and I will miss him, even though I didnt know him for too long.

New Life, New Hope
Submitted by Ranger Tales on Wed, 02/12/2009 - 1:23pm..We knew it was spring when the baby impalas appeared in their “nursery” herd, quite a few of them, looking small and lanky with big curious ears that listened with each step they took. We’ve watched the beautiful black masked weavers over on Elephant Plains build their nests in the branches of the tree that hangs over the water. They take long blades of grass and delicately weave them into a strong sturdy home for the chicks.
Antelops, Wildeebeest and Geese!
Submitted by SabinaW on Wed, 02/12/2009 - 10:20am.Today NK's been fairly active. In the morning a rather large herd of Impalas came along, one gentleman and a bunch a' ladies.
And after they, two Egyptian geese came along and stayed all afternoon.
And as of right now, a small herd of wildebeest came roaming by, sleeping right now.
