Three rhinos were grazing behind the knoll at Nkorho when a massive herd of Cape Buffalo rolled in. The large bull rhino was quickly surrounded. The two species took notice of one another, but no serious trouble ensued.

At around 6:15 pm SAT, impalas were seen grazing at Elephant Plains. A few minutes later, a solitary male baboon circled the pan at Nkorho and continued down the road, followed by his troop a few hundred yards in trail.
