Due to a distribution network supplier change some users may still not be able to view the cams.

If you could please provide the name of your ISP, it would greatly help to narrow down the problem.

Righty - Ho, Looks like we have id'd & fixed the major issue. So everybody should be back in business.

I posted already in another thread, but I forgot to add my isp, Embarassed

I'm in Ohio, and I connect through Wow broadband. I haven't been able to access the cams for almost a week. Frown

 

Edited to add: Okay, maybe it's fixed?  NK is working for me now, YAY!

update :

Africam is totally dependant from onenetplace,

and they are waiting for them to give more feedback.

Once they get the feedback from onenetplace, they will be able to post more info.

Hi Sabine,

I use Suddenlink as my ISP here in the Houston,TX. area. I haven't been able to view any of the cams for almost a week, efore that, everything was okay.

I have dsl connection through Windstream and haven't been able to view for a  few days now. thanks for help.
