How about adding the feature that makes it possible to use avatars?

Hello Cait,

It's not necessary to delete the old avatar. You can just overwrite it by uploading a new one.

Right now you have a picture of a giraffe as your avatar. Is that not the one you want?

If you still see your old avatar, try to clear your cache and reload.

wow! no one has posted here with an avatar issue in so long.

well here it goes;

when i first joined, i put a pic up of my own puss--youch!

now i want to delete it and put a pic in of an animal. it has been resized to Africams requirements, but this is my problem.

i have been on site now for 4 hours and i have tried over and over and over to DELETE my old pic and ADD the new one by doing it through 'my account' .

it just simply will not work or delete or change my pic.

what is up with that?! Yell

please someone help me. Cry

This is an easy to use Image Editor as well. You can use it for making avatars, banners and all sorts of graphics, it also has blank blinkie tags, glitter applications, animation applications for use. Smiling

This photo editor is free but I don't know if it's a good program:

Help! I am having trouble finding a resizing programme that will make a pic 80 x 80 and 7kb. Windows XP would not make it so small  I used PhotoStudio but don't really know it and it was pure chance that it worked.

Very easily done with my ACDSee program...can crop and resize..

Will this be the original that you will mail? or one that you have partially resized? If you send it now..i will give it a try and return it.
otherwise i am off to bed shortly

I like the owl in your avatar. What do you try to change it to?

I am fine today. Thanks!
Yes, it will be a busy Sunday for me - I have many things to do. I am trying to scan some of my Kenya slides but my scanner is super slow and acting up.
