As I have mentioned before I am still new here, so if this is a dumb question, forgive me. Is it normal for the "Refresh Cams" to go down. Tau and Elephant have been down for at least 24 hours. Also has Kilimanjaro ever worked here?... I have been trying for a week now. I love the new site.. thats why I became a memeber. We still have alot to learn.

   thanx DA, yes we have noticed the problem & trying to get to a solution. we are having problems with the auto focus once the IR switches on __________________

Why has the picture quqlity on the night time streaming camera suddenly over the past week or so become very fuzzy and not as clear as it used to be, it has now become very snowy and really grey, it is now difficult to make out the smaller animals unless they stop or pass right under the light at the centre of the screen. I am having trouble waching Nkorho Stream cam it keeps buffering and freezing. Does anyoneone else have this problem?

we have had some problems with the refresh cams, but should be ok now. __________________

I am new here and cannot seem to view anything but the dreaded red cross on all the cams except Nkorho Stream which works ok but buffers sometimes. I do have broadband.Help would be appreciated.Thanks!!!!!!

I am still awaiting a reply... and now... Elephant (down since July 11) Black Eagle, Osprey, are not wroking...and TAU has not moved in at least 3 days. Kilimanjaro has not worked as long as I have been comming to the new site (2 weeks) oh yes and one more whine... the HIGHLIGHTS link works... but I can only see one picture. What's going on???  |

Thanks so much for working long into the night to give all us addicts a much clearer view of the wh! I am sure it was frustrating to all on your end too to not have a clear focused view of the mysterious cat tonight. I guess when the view is so clear and zoomies do a great job when they can, everyone starts expecting perfection 24/7. I am sure everyone understands that problems occur that can't be solved in an instant. Keep up the good work! Ann
