Thanks, ceri, for the info! Lucky girl, I'm sooo glad for you!! The pic is beautiful. I googgled yesterday and saw how huge a adult snow owl is!

Cerinthe - yes they also start school young here. He has been at pre-school since just before his third birthday but that is just 2 and a half hours three times a week.  As you say, when they are ill, they are best at home and when his Mom and Dad aren't there he wants Gran!

I have heard of the recipe channel - must look at it. Spoke to Christy last night and she said she thinks she has put a bobotie recipe in there.  I shall check.
