the humers are both  rufus  one is a  male
the other is a young female

Wow I LOVE hummingbirds!! I never even though of there being different types. The ones we have here in SC have like a hunter green head and bright wings. Being color blind I cannot tell you all the colors in them, but when I see them in the sun their heads really stand out to me, so they must be brightly colored. I will have to do some research and see what kinds we have here; I'll let you know what I find out.
