Hi candy.  there is two different ways you can chat.  One is in from the forum at the top where it says forums then you can join us in the General Chit Chat forum - The Boma where there is a daily created boma chat chat thread.  Or there is a chat room you can get to by clicking on the word "(chat)" next to the streaming cam name on the left side here.  Welcome to Africam and I hope you will join in on the chats and feel free to ask questions.  I hope this helps.
