Maryland steamed crabs are to die for ! But again, they have to be just right with the Old Bay Seasonings and served in a bushel basket and dumped on the table LOL. When I first saw them, it was bad enough that they were whole ..but they looked like they were covered in mud LOL. In the "nice" sit down resturants they rinse the seasonings off and put them on a plate ..not the same LOL

My love of seafood began when I lived in Baltimore for several years. The first time I went to a sea-ffod boil and they dumped a pile of Marland steamed crabs in fron of me I about died LOL. It did not take me long to get into them. I just hated that when everyone figured out I could pick and shell my crabs myself and they stopped doing it for me LOL

I could go for a good catfish dinner too ! I do not have a resturant near me ( that I have found yet ) that has good fish, other than the usual grouper and such, I have ordered catfish several times and ended up with little balls of what tasted like fish LOL . I would cook it at home, but I have an electric stove and it just does not get hot enough to fry anything without making a greasy mess LOL
