Wildebeest. Lonesome George ? ..He sure looks lonely without the Impala to keep him company

That was the first time I have seen that many together. The one Male in the first group was huge ..did you see the size of his tusks, and his "warts". looked like his right tusks was broken. It was strange how they chased that one small one ..it did not look like anyone was too quick to come to his rescue, so maybe not a serious squirmish ? It was interesting to see them touch snouts like that also .

WD, the Rhino is still at EP, and yes the buffering continues. That was something with the warties wasn't it? That one poor little one kept being chased away from the water by that big one from the second group.

An intresting afternoon at

An intresting afternoon at NK with the Warthogs. A group of 4, looked to be one male and 2 female with one young. The up the road comes 4 more Warthogs, (2 babies). some chasing around and touching of snouts. It appeared that when they left they were back in 2 groups of 4 again.

Also at least 3 Rhino at EP, but the buffering was very bad and I am not sure how long they had been there or what time they left.

Hi CallieG. If you are talking about the small antilope we saw shortly after dawn at NK my guess was the common duiker. We were talking about it and I posted a pic of it in the waterhole chat thread.
