Ya know there are two sides to every story You are Right Mike but Im sure Africam is not on the Forum you admin to to defend Africam either.. Right??

I think the time has come for us all to come back together as a cohesive team of  diverse members and put bygones behind us and carry on, have fun, enjoy what Africam gives us  today and what we may have in the future !  Only by doing that can we be strong enough to prevent an upheaval like what we have just been through.

A huge element of the WWW is being able to meet such a huge and diverse group of  people. Individuals we would not normally have the opportunity of knowing in our our own neighborhoods and enviroments. Africam provides us with  a wonderful platform for doing this.  We all come together with our one common bond, and that is a love of Nature in all her glory, be it a Eagle soaring overhead,  the whoop of a Hyeana and roar of a Lion, or most importantly,  the opportunity to share the wildlife in our own backyards with people the world over. 

I think we should show our gratitude for this opportunity and celebrate our differences instead of making them a point of contention.  And if this means a monetary donation, then when and if we are able, we should take the time to hit the Donate Here Button.  How many times do we opt to stay home and watch Africam instead of going out to a movie or dinner ?  If you are like me it is many times LOL.  From now on, I will donate the price of that movie ticket, or the dinner out . But, you say, why should I pay if everyone else is not paying ?   Because when we help bring this little corner of Africa to the world, then we are helping the world in so many other ways. It is the trickle down effect.  It stimulates a thirst for knowledge. And knowledge is power and power is a stimulus for change.   A desire to save the Elephants in Kruger, may very well lead to the desire to change and save a little part of your back yard.  And on it goes ! 

And if you cannot afford the monetary donations, then do your part by bringing knowledge, understanding, and a friendly atmosphere on the Boards.  So lets just stand up together as One and trickle down all over the world !

We would like to clarify the following: the laptop that Josh is currently using is on loan from Nkorho. It is not the Laptop that the funds will be used for; another dedicated laptop will be purchased to replace the existing one. In order to speed up the process Nkorho where kind enough to loan us one in the mean time.

Thanks for the update Africam. Had a gut feeling something wasnt right but wanted to believe that my feelings was wrong. We were all hyped up to believe things would be happening and they simply were not.
