 Well Roger, the fact that a new computer was in Josh's hands and he acknowledged that. Where did it go and I don't think Campbell answered that. Actually, he did answer that To date we have received US$ 3052.00. We would suggest that the cost of the laptop and wireless equipment be deducted then the balance of the money be used to provide Josh with some monthly income of which Africam and Nkorho will also contribute. We will endeavour to keep a record of these expenses and publish these accounts as and when needed. The money is there and they intend to purchase NEW EQUIPMENT to replace the BORROWED LAPTOP the lodge loaned to Josh to get him going with the Q&A quickly. Look folks, I don't think anyone was doing anything behind anyone's back. This is simply a well intentioned effort that got out of hand on a personal level between the two parties involved and, in my opinion, it really doesn't involve us and is no longer any of our business since the money has been accounted for. I am sick to death of this divisiveness and it feels like nothing more than attempts to degrade the Boma and tear us apart. I promised I would stay out of this thread but I can't. I have to say please just stop this and move on. We all wish Ms Charlie well with KITN and her new Africa chat forum. We all wish Campbell well with all he started nine years ago and continues to do for us today. For crying out loud people, it is no longer any of our business. Just let it be and let the members return to enjoying the Boma and Africam or Ms. Charlie's forum or whatever they choose without any more of this ridiculous picking at the issue. LET IT BE! __________________

We would like to clarify the following: the laptop that Josh is currently using is on loan from Nkorho. It is not the Laptop that the funds will be used for; another dedicated laptop will be purchased to replace the existing one. In order to speed up the process Nkorho where kind enough to loan us one in the mean time.

 I'm a bit lost here. What is it we need to know that we didn't find out from Africam's posts? The money is accounted for, and we've been told how it's going to be spent. Moving forward, that's probably all we need to know. __________________

I do believe this needs to be answered. Raven could you give me the way to contact her ? This is so puzzling ..josh was happy with getting new one..So why would he think its ? never mind !!!..Something is not right ..And if i hear from mscharlie i will post it __________________

I dont' know her so I won't ask but I do know where she is if someone needs to know to ask her. I would like to know. I went to KITN but imthinking that email might get into someone elses hand and just looked on another forum and didnt see her name listed. __________________

I'm going to lock this topic as I can't see it going anywhere.
Campbell was generous enough to give us an explanation, he mentioned all the persons who donated and the amount. I am sure every penny will be accounted for.
Ms Charlie is not on this forum anymore.
Let's go on from here and enjoy the wildlife.
