I read somewhere that proxy settings may cause 403 error. Make sure there is no proxy server checked. I have not gotten any 403 errors. I am not on a network at home either. Could it be more likely to happen on networks? __________________

. If the security module didn't like my IP or my browser...then I would think it would happen all the time.
agreed, i dont think ur situation has anything to do with network infrastructure __________________

Jon.... I don't have a clue on this one. I have been getting 403 all day long in the waterhole forum. Every single post... I come up here to do the test thread we talked about...and I haven't gotten a single error with any configuration and two different computers on the same network. Maybe that alone means something. The 403 seems to really like the waterhole forum....it being the busiest one on the board. Let me know if you can make any sense of this and if necessary...we can still do the IE7 test on another machine. However....it really is looking like the trouble is on your end since this error is so sporadic. If the security module didn't like my IP or my browser...then I would think it would happen all the time. It's a puzzler.....but hope we are making progress. |
Its a very good website.
It is informative about wild life.
