I have a theory: that isn't a live Impala. She's a ghost. A Lion ate her and now when the moon is full she haunts the water hole, teasing the Lion's saying "catch me if you can."

Hi Barry. Howsit? Dreamer, I have to look for your reply. I am afraid when I hear "severe weather systems" also, especially when I look out the window and the air is that awful greenish yellow as it is right now. In your area, I would be even more afraid I think. Although tonight we really could use some good rain to clear the air and water the trees. I looked at Aquilla's vid of the Lion's entrance. You didn't miss much. Focus tonight is poor and there was no zooming. The cat's entrance was quick and so was her departure. I blinked and missed her. __________________

I have always had a healthy respect for storms. Andrew back in 1992 was the nearest I have came to disaster, and even then for several years I was not really "afraid" but the last couple of years I have had an impending feeling of doom every season. That was the reason I left South Florida, and then 2 years ago left my waterfront home here on the West Coast of Florida. LOL and now I feel a strong need to cut down my trees  . I will get over it ! I don't freak when it is actually happening, I can do what needs to be done, but the anticipation is what gets me  . |
OK Everyone Skedaddle over to the New Day !!! See you there.
