Click "My Account" on the upper right of this page.
Under the "Account Settings" tab, scroll down to "Picture". (You must have the picture on your computer.) Here is a picture of mine:
Click Browse....then click the picture you wish to insert . A good size is 100 x 100. Apologies that the instructions in that Picture box are misleading. Administration is updating the site and have not gotten to that yet.
