Hello all. I'm Jamie, and i'm so glad i've found this. For many years, i've been a major fan of African wildlife, and i've always wished I could keep an eye and watch as a day passed by in Africa. Still, I have a few questions. 1. Are the webcams really live and in realtime? It definately looks so but I can't be sure. 2. I live in England(GMT+0 Timezone), so how far forward is say, Nkorho?

Welcome to Africam your soon to be addiction lol. As for the time.. Africam is two hours ahead of you.. GMT +2. When time is used on the postings it is usually africam time since that is where it happened and if everyone used their own time would cause too much confussion. Hope this helps. __________________

Thankyou so much for answering one of my questions Chris. Also, I have another question. In the Sightings posts, what time would you actually post for the time it was sighted? Your time or Africa's?

hello an wlecome to Africam. To answer your 1st question and this cam is defently live 24/7/365. You can go through previous threads and see vidoes and pics daily. The camera is mounted on a tree along with a couple of mics. It is always live and what you see happening is what is actually happening. To answer your 2nd question I cant be of any help but someone will be along shortly to answer it. have fun and enjoy Africa live! __________________
