I wasn't able to watch the live cam until yesterday when I got my new computer...My problem is I don't know how to zoom in on the animals like I see in the pictures you guys take, I don't know how to take pictures on the streaming cam at all Puzzled Can someone please help me? I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.

Aquila....I've done it!!!!!!! :D I have been snapping away all morning, got the pics to go straight into my folder, and figured out all sorts of other stuff without messing things up...I am all smiles...particularly as I did it myself...

I must thank you for all your help, this forum is just fantastic when help is needed. Now I am all set for the Drive when it arrives. We are two days away from the end of May, when is it coming.... :)

Fantastic Aquila.....after a big problem with the program, I eventually reinstalled it, got fed up last night, turned comp on this morning, and guess what??? WMP is working just fine...thank you so much...its much easier than using the digicam...

Just one little clitch, probably me, but when I snap a picture I would like it to go into a folder on my desktop and it seems the only way I can do that is by Save as from View, and each one has to be done individually... I have checked settings...but to be frank am a bit scared to play with that because that is what messed it all up yesterday. I am sure there is a very simple way to do this, because I believe when I used WMP a couple of months ago for snapping other pictures, I didnt have to go into the WMP file in Programs as I can do now. Hope this makes sense, this has got me soooooo confused. I am 75 and problems with computers get me in a real sweat. Fortunately my daughter is pretty good with them, but unfortunately she has twins, putting finishing touches to a newly built house, and has never used these programs so would probably only play around with it as I did....maybe get the same results...hahaha Anyway sorry to be so long winded, but if you can direct me in the right direction I would be doubly appreciated with all your help. Excuse any typo errors, cat is on my lap and has my right arm trapped under his chin...hehehe

Kinty, I have my hardware accelerater set a little over half way between None and Full. Never have a problem with black screen anymore and don't ever have to change the hardware accelerater from where it is now.

Aquila, so if I leave the accelerater (found in Properties from the desktop??) it wont effect the running of the computer at all? I thought it might which is why I felt I had to put it back to Full.

Hi Liel, I went through every problem in the forum for WMP from that link but unfortunately got no answers...a few people were asking the same question I am but they didnt get any replies. No one did...the answer was to click Save Image in the File on WMP but that didnt work for me...

Hi kb....when into Options in mpc ...Output under Playback. There is a dot in Overlay Mixer, tried changing that to System Default and VMR7(windowed).....still snapping a black screen. I do not understand all the techie stuff, and am a little scared to change stuff in case I mess up...
