I cannot get the sound at all, either on IE or Firefox, any suggestions?

 Hi Lee. They do need to raise the volume but there is sound. Although the mics are now behind the mound they are very sensitive and pick up the sounds in the area very well. You have I suppose rebooted already... tried to turn up your system speaker volume and be sure the cam volume control at the bottom shows the bar at the middle or can be moved to the right to raise the volume. Speaker icon shoud not have the O with the / through it. Are you getting sounds ok from the EP cam? __________________
