Hi My name is Trina. I'm fairly new. Once i found this site i decided to make an account. I have been watching the animals. I got everything but a lion, hyenna, and some others. I work third shift. So during the day is when i sleep. I find the bird noises and or cricket noises helps me sleep. I wish i could have that on tape.

I find watching the animals exciting. I live in Kentucky-USA. I have seen them in the zoos But find it much more exciting to see them in the wild. I find that they are more happy not locked up in a small cage or area. I'm wanting to live on the safari like the movie I dream of Africa. I hope some day soon or in the future that can happen. I find it peaceful to watch the animals go by and watch the beautiful sun set and rise as well as listening to the birds and wildlife. It's very relaxing.

Hi and welcome to Africam and the forum.  I do hope you will join us in the daily created Boma chat thread where we talk about what we are seeing and hearing at the waterholes.  Feel free to ask any questions there too.  No real way to answer your question as the animals seem to show up at all different times.  Of course we get more of the nocturnal animals at night but sightings can happen at any time.  I think the anticipation is half the enjoyment
