Hi from Texas

I was playing in a game site and someone mentioned watching giraffes and I wanted to know where they were.  They laughed and told me about this site and here I am Eye-wink

It is addictive.  I have seen what looks to be deer and or antelope, zebra and something that looked like a cow (I have a lot to learn), but I am really enjoying watching.

Hope to get to know you better and find my way around in here!

Welcome to Africam!

The deer/antelope you saw probably was impala. It is a very common antelope in the area. The 'cow like' animal could have been a wildebeest.

You can see pictures of these animals in the Africam Sightings Database.
