I made it here at last!

It's great to see some new features on Africam - and to see that those of us who have 'kept the faith', in the face of many detractors, have been proved right!

I am so happy to see that this new Message Board is easy to use as it is the same (apart from the black background) as the KNP one, which I am now used to

It would be nice though, if you could use a colour that is more 'in tune' with Nature? A black background is just a little hard on the eyes for us old'uns and I hate to think what it would be like if anyone changed their font colour to, for example, Yellow or violet or, God forbid, Cyan? :roll:

Hi Tabs, glad you came over and found us, lol, I do respectfully disagree about the black tho, I find it it easy to use and easy on my four eyes, too, come back often, my friend!

Just noticed that it's possible to change to the subSilver board style now.

It is there - just disabled for the moment. Bed time for me now - 3:49am here Smiling - I'll enable the feature in the morning and add some other themes for people to choose from.

On a board like this, it should be possible to have several board styles with different colours, so that each user can choose the one he/she likes best.
I just tried to change the board style to subSilver in the profile but it doesn't make a difference.

Let's hope AfriCam will add this feature.

HI Tabs ...welcome at our new home Smiling But I don't agree with you about the black colour...I like it...very very much...and it isnt hard for my four eyes LOL (two mine and the glass)..It reminds me of the dark nights of africa...as we are sitting around the campfire. Laughing out loud ...(I hope one day in future it won't be only a dream Eye-wink )

I'm glad to say,my young eyes are ok with the colours,but I do feel sorry for you old one,Hi Tabs,lol. :roll:
