• Go to frontpage and click the upload video button
  

• Select a video file located on your computer. Supported formats are flv, mpeg, avi and wmv..
  

• click Attach (the video-file will start uploading)
  
• In the "body" part you can write a description of the video.
• Click submit (please wait untill the videofile has finished uploading)

• Remember that no single upload can be more than 100MBytes and a total of 1.5GBytes is allocated for each user. If you need more you can always contact one of the moderators or admins.
