I can hear all those wonderful sounds but still have a black screen, what should I do?

Thanks Janice, I will try that.  I was seeing the video once upon a time, but now, nothing.

Hi Ckenner...I'm not technical enough to help you, but have you read the troubleshooting thread?  I don't know how to do the link, but if you click on Forums (on the brown bar at the top of the page) and then go down to Technical Issues and Suggestions and then click on Streaming Video Player and Camera Issues, and read through there and see if there's anything that will help.
