I am new to this, and I can't see anything. My screen says ready and it would seem the connection has been made. All I get is a black screen. What do I need to do?

CKENNER, if your streaming cam is functioning properly at this time you should be seeing a view of the ground at Nkorho and EVF 9600 ID-001 on the screen. However, if you are only seeing a black screen this is a problem. You will still need to go through the troubleshoot if your screen is black.
