Lack of picture

I've had few problems until a couple of weeks ago.

Now when I try to open the cam I get only a white screen.

I've tried getting rid of all the temp files and cookies but it makes no difference.

I can get Pete's Pond without any difficulty.

Should be back to our holiday home in Hoedspruit in a couple of months, but I miss the pictures.
