The lion kill that took place in front of our camera at Nkorho in December was one of the most exciting sightings we have ever had.
The following photographs that chronicle the event were captured by lodge manager Karin van der Merwe. This week is all about celebrating nature, conservation and of course lions, and these photos truly depict the spirit of "Lion Kill Week". We hope you enjoy them.

Awesome photography. Watching live was such an education on how the food chain works in Africa. It was interesting watching the order in which the other animals came for their fill. I am glad that I was one of many who watched and learned. This I will never forget. Thank you for having the webcams for us to view the animals in safety.
