After getting to the site with welcome video, I press the circle below for Nkorho and it keeps going back to the welcome screen. Won't go to the cam. Have to get on by using the link to the left which is less flexible and harder to view. Happened at work and at home so not the computer. Something isn't working...

Are you using any ad blocking software? That could also be the reason for not getting the cams to show as the feed goes through an ad network. Try to disable your ad blocking software/add on and see if it works then. __________________

I'm sorry to hear you continue to have problems. I tried to send you a Private Mail, but you have that function turned off here. I'm out the door right now, but will try to help you when I return this evening.

Hello - I hope others are having more luck than me with the webcam viewing! I have tried so many times for NK & EP, but recently it is always the olive-green screen, and despite waiting, nothing more has happened on screen. I am so sad - I miss the animals, birds and the sounds! Going thru 'chat' worked for a while, but now even that does not work on either NK or EP. I am using IE7 & the latest flash updates. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Welcome to Africam blue! Both NK and EP cams were down for several hours because NK was working on their electrical connections. NK came back awhile ago but EP is still down. Please join us in the Boma chit-chat thread to discuss what we see and hear. Friendly folks there. Click here.

Greetings Africam! I can only see the olive-green background with the large white circle going round and round... there is no picture for Nkorho or EP... does this mean that the webcams are down? or is it something else? (I do have adobe flashplayer 10 installed.) Thanks.

First to let you know I love the cams, but since the upgrade of the player, I can only view one cam with that player. I was able to pull up a second window with the old player. Today I see you upgraded those to the new players. Now if I open 2 windows it freezes my IE, then I can not get to Aficam unless I reboot my computer. If I don't reboot I am still able to view every other website with no problem, but I would prefer to watch here. Is there a solution anyone knows of to correct this problem so I can have 2 cams at the same time PLEASE. Thank you in advance, Janice |
Yes there is a problem with the buttons below the cam viewer on the front page. They are aware and working on fixing it. When I just checked, by refreshing the front page brought the NK cam up in the viewer. The other cams are down right now anyway. Otherwise till they fix the button situation if the other cams come back up I suggest you use the left hand side navigation links to view the cams.
