Hippos are more closey related to whales than any other mammal. Both descended from the same early ancestor.  |

Very true they do and this is the answer sorry for taking so long not been around much but yes well done and i think that this is a fascinating find that the hippo does use echolocation. It is sed this is why they are dangerous in africa because underwater they can sense a human and attack it
