Hello Birder Friends. Do any of you know what large bird it could have been that swooped at the birds and goose by the wh?

thanks for this video Aquila, I have no idea what the bird could be, but you can hear it call also I think ? the lapwings didn't seem to like it much 
Maybe Nkorho ranger can help us ID it by the call, if you post it there ?
