bokkie at 1 oclock getting a drink. Too light to tell what it was, but the picture is better than it was. __________________

I saw it too. Looked like mongoose, it did make a sound and run away to the left.

Youtube must be real busy... still processing. Here it is on photobucket. Aquila, I can't tell for sure, but to me it definitely looks feline more than cannine, and I did see the darkness of the lower back and tail area, so it could have been jackal. Just can't be sure with the picture out of focus like it is. __________________

I think it was a Jackal, looking around and up all the time. Nervous Jackal behavior. And for a Leopard or Lion it is so small. For the tail tip I have to look again ;-) Good you made the video Aquila! |
Oh my goodness, the nightjars, bats or owls are flying like crazy tonight. Must be the full moon effect of more bugs in the air? Time for a New Day
