Sag, for some reason I have to sometimes go into my sound controls (double click the speaker icon on tray) and increase the Wave slidebar. __________________

Size is the most visible difference. Male leopards can weight up to 160 pounds, while females top at about 105-110. Ahhh...about the same sizes as a male & female Irish Wolfhound. Thanks all! The reason I asked about the babs is because of their alarms when danger is close by. Made me wonder if they spread out at night. __________________

I have a couple questions: 1. Is there no obvious difference between female & male leopards? I reckon I already know the answer to that one. Size is the most visible difference. Male leopards can weight up to 160 pounds, while females top at about 105-110. Now of course without them standing next to each other its hard to tell, but thats the easiest way to tell the difference. __________________

I have a couple questions: 1. Is there no obvious difference between female & male leopards? I reckon I already know the answer to that one. and, on a different subject altogether... 2. Do Bab troops tend to congregate, at night, in a couple trees...or do they spread out all over? "obvious difference between female & male leopards?" tee-hee :-) None that we can see in black and white in the dark, I reckon.
As for the babs troops, there was an amazing Nature special called Murder in the Troop about 2 months ago, all about babs. The troop does congregate up in the trees at night. Not much spreading out. Safety in numbers, and all that. __________________
