Aquila, I watched your "chase" video. Used a magnifying glass 3 times. The second one looks like a cat. Even looks like it crouches just before critter 1 chases it off. All I could tell about critter 1 is it was tall and thin.

When I saw it live...I had figured both to be bokkies of some kind...and both spooked at the same time as opposed to one chasing the other. Just my gut feeling at the time.....

Yeah, I have no idea either. At first I thought the one at the mound was an impala too until I watched again and not sure anymore. LOL __________________

Hi all! Right at dawn this morning there was some sort of chase. Could you guys take a look and see what was chasing what? LOL The first critter comes in from the upper left and hangs out at the base of the mound. Enters a critter from the right of the water hole and it walks towards the mound, stops and departs to the right with the other critter giving chase.
