im so happy to see the cams back up and running, thanks africam staff for working so hard on it.

wow what a great cam pic tonight...you can see all the way to the back treeline...thats awesome..now for some critters....please... :D

Here,, here! The view looks different somehow. It's great and we're so happy to have our water hole back.

It is kind of a scary night however, doncha think? Silent and noisy at the same time. I'm afraid King Kong may suddenly appear out of the trees. (That's a joke of course)

it may be spooky, but wow what a beautiful pic. all we need now are some animals to come and visit.

It does sound wicked there with the wind. Sorta sounds and looks like it is raining also. I am hoping it will stop soon before daylight and all the thirsty critters will come out :lol:

Hi everyone :D what a beautiful clear picture tonight.

Earlier this evening, as the moon was setting, someone mentioned how full it looked.
Doesn't it always look full ? Wouldn't it look full due to the IR camera detecting the true shape of the moon rather than just the part we see that is illuminated by the sun ?

Never thought about the IR and the moon, maybe someone can answer that.

For all the winds and such you don't see ripples going across the water.

Hi, Everyone! Talk about a WEIRD night! I think I had the cam up for the last 5 hours....and until the last 15 minutes or so, didn't hear a PEEP! Except for the wind, I guess. Let's hope for a more eventful moring! :D

No, just his apparent footprint. No big thing. Actually a big thing, but nothing to worry about.
Actually, it was more like on of the giant "Terror Bird" footprints, as I imagine them. But they're been extinct for some whioe now, so no worries!
