Birding Big Day on Africam, Saturday 25 Nov 2006

South Africa’s annual Birding Big Day will be on Saturday 25 Nov 2006. Africam will partake in this event and we ask all africam addicts, bomites and forumites from all over the globe to gather behind your computers and help us ID as many birds as possible.
The cam operators of Nkorho Pan Cam will pay special attention to birds that day and that from 7:00am till 10:00pm.
Come on you africam addicts, all help will be appreciated. Let’s end the day on a grand total.
Here is a great site with sounds captured at Nkorho by Gerda and Katja, to prepare us for the Africam BBD 2006

chin spot batis - three blind mice
diederick cuckoo - dee dee deederik
fiery-necked nightjar - god deliver us
grey headed bushshrike - is called ghostbird because of the ghostlike sound it makes, some ppl hear a squeaking gate in it

Does anyone have more sounds that can be set to words? Please let me know or just add it Laughing out loud
