new here

I am new to the forum. I've watched for a couple of weeks and I believe I'm becoming an addict! What all can I expect to see? Are there any giraffes and elephants? And what was going on Friday around 8 or 9pm there.... I heard drums.

Hello Everyone Smiling I too am new though not new to watching. A friend hooked me up with a link and I have been hooked every since. Addicting would actually be putting it mildly. LOL

I have always wanted to travel to Africa since I was a child. I told my husband I am doing it now without the shots and jet lag. One day though maybe, for now this is the absolute best place to hang around. Thanks so much for allowing me to visit daily with you.

Welcome friend.

There's also - hyenas, strange geese, warthogs, monkeys all sorts of gorgeous wonders.

Hi Newbies and welcome - to answer you question about the drums - a lot of the lodges have one of the staff perform briefly before each meal and it is an indication that the meal is ready to be served.

My addiction started 6 years ago and is still there although I do not get too much chance to post.

Enjoy - you are indeed welcome in the hide!
