Fani, maybe we can make a summary at the end of each day on the sightings forum, we can split the summary, one for mammals and one for birds? It will be best to make the summary when the new day has started so everyone have the time to add their sightings. What do you think?

It became very comfused when on Saturday we had to send at different threads...My thought was before several days to write a summary under the pic's thread for the sightings of the day...Maybe to create a new thread only for summaries...At the end of the day someone can do this summary and maybe at the end of every month....I would like to help ...I did it for Septemper and the half of October and November but only from pics thread ...so it isnt complete...but it was quite impossible to scroll to the old sightings threads now....pages and pages wirh chit chat...

That is a great idea!!!! I would also love that. I learned a lot from this - even though for me it fell at a busy time (Thanksgiving and lots going on) ... so to have "Mini Bird Days" would be just perfect Laughing out loud

Fani & Cerinthe,

I would LOVE that !!!!
It's a great idea to have an LBD once or even twice a month or more Smiling !

We must set a date soon.
Already can't wait for our first Little Birding Day !!!!

Lol Fani, I was just suggesting the same to them, if it is only a morning or afternoon or part of a night, it is easier. BBD is only once a year and we don't have to wait for the next one.
I myself learned so much from this time, so I would love to have it happen more often. As birds are migraters we can follow their migrating patterns.
Watching cams can be active and not only a passive pastime.

Congratulations..I said it yesterday...but (there is always a but)...after you did such a good job ..I think you have to finish it.....

What about a checklist of the cam birds of Nkorho... Puzzled: Puzzled: What about to complete every day this list with everything we see and hear ????

About the sounds..I have an idea to organize in weekends(once a month for example) birding mornings, evenings ...or nights ....not all day because it is hard ...This will be a good school for all of us to learn more and more and after a while maybe we can help more...Just an idea

But it depends on you Katja and Gerda Eye-wink Laughing out loud
