I am enjoying this so much I have to tear myself away from the cam. Great to learn and see all the wildlife.
Some stuff about me - I plant for local wildlife and have two ponds on my property with fish, frogs, snakes, turtles, birds and the occasional mammal. I am an avid gardener in all respects and like to read a variety of books.
I have to say I used to hunt (don't hate me), but no longer do that, except with a camera or pair of binoculars. Watching the cam and panning the landscape for small signs of animals or birds in the bush is a captivating activity.
I enjoy this opportunity to view the animals in their natural habitat, with the occasional sparring, the hyena hunt last night, and the young with their mother. My first cam experience on the site was the Ground Hornsbill catchng a snake.
The excitement of not knowing what will happen next is fantastic. I plan on sticking around and getting to know other members better. I want to learn more about getting the screen shots of the cam since I also enjoy photography in general.
Thank you to all that capture and post the photos and videos. It is nice to be able to catch up on what I miss because life gets in the way. LOL
