Yes it was a big blach thunderstorm with haistones but didnt hear about the tornado til later. About 150 without a roof tonight but only five injuries. Apparently we get about 40 tornadoes a year but usually inrural areas, not in cities, though there was one in Wales a couple weeks ago in a village. Maybe things are changing, like everywhere else?

I saw that on the news. From what I saw it was a small F1 type, glad your ok none the less. From the edge of tornado alley, welcome to the club, so to speak.

Hi Bascia Howzit Laughing out loud Well Ben asked the same question up in Wildlife, or rather how would that affect the cam. I had the same thought. I'm pretty sure there is a plan in effect - Nkorho relies on the pan to bring the animals to satisfy the guests. Eco-tourism is a fine line to walk - you have to be sure you don't kill the goose that lays the golden egg. I think Africam is in this for the long run and whatever happens they will adapt.

"Aweh" everyone! It's almost the weekend. We're getting lots of snow. It's been coming down for 36 hours (off and on). I hear it's pretty crazy down your way MistyLyn. Not many showed up for the football game.

Hello Ingwe & Chuck,

Yes the last mission was a real nail-biter. The return had me glued to the news channels for updates. Prayers for a safe journey.
