Hi Konakid. The Lodge is for game viewing only, no hunting. Probably the shouting you heard was the baboons calling. __________________

Are there hunters in the lodge or are they trying to scare the Lion away?
There is no hunting in the area.
They were not trying to scare the lion away. Probably the rangers from the lodge are looking for the lion to show him to their guests.
Anyone else see him?
Several of us saw him and talked about him in the "Watering hole" Forum.

Sounds like after the Lion showed up the webcam started to move and scan, guess the lion heard the cam moving and got up and left, a couple minutes later there were car lights and now it sounds like someone is shouting. |
Last night around 12, I was lucky enough to see two lions come down to the waterhole to drink for about 5 mins, before silently drifting away under the cover of darkness. It truly was amazing!
