Codes are enough to drive you crazy, been through this quite a few times over the years.

I am using the the same URL as you tried and I am not having a problem. You may need to update your media player to get the codecs. When last did you do windows update?

Did you get a pop up window or a choice for WMP to go get a codec it might need? It's possible that you lost a codec or one changed with all the problems.

Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.

Cam Addict did you check the settings on the Windows Media Player itself? Sounds like that may be a potential problem.
