Just curious, since there are people here who've been watching longer: around what (local) time does the sun rise and set in December where the cam is? I'd like to be watching when morning comes. Smiling
I think it rises around 5 AM in their time currently, maybe 4:30. I don't know about it setting.

Twins, indeed... big animal lovers, both, though all they see around here are geckos, armadillos, neighborhood horses, our cat and various dogs in the park...

They've both been watching the cam with me the last week and have now taken over the TV for Crocodile Hunter and any other wildlife programs that are on... If I try to turn it off, I just get "More, more?!" They could certainly have less productive interests... Smiling

I'm not surprised that they've taken to these animals so strongly; the first animals they acknowledged were penguins, elephants and dolphins. Shocked

I am impressed with the ability of the microphone. I could hear the sound of lapping as if I was 2 feet from that animal.

Bronco the mic is very sensitive indeed. You can hear animals footsteps too. When they are on the camera side of the watering hole, you can hear the giraffes and zebras gently sucking the water.
