Yes they are Sabine, nowdays the more popular name is African Wild Dog rather than Cape Hunting Dog and some people even refer to them as Painted Wolves.

You might be interested to know that two wild dogs have been sighted on a neighboring reserve within the past month. They had not been seen for several months prior.
i am hoping they make an appearance at Nkorho..anything is possible.

Well, this is better news.s correction to above post...last date that the two wild dogs were seen at adjacent reserve wasn't 'within last month'..it was 'last wed', Jan 10, 2007!!!!.
